Position Summary:
1. Manage maintenance team daily work.
2. Lead maintenance team to implement Preventive and predictive Maintenance Plan in the plant
3. Lead maintenance team to implement corrective and emergency repair.
4. Collect the maintenance work order and analyze it to continuously improve.
5. Manage spare part warehouse and ensure and ensure enough stock with low cost.
6. Manage fixed asset and update the maintenance procedure.
7. Install and commissioning new equipment or tooling.
8. Relocate the equipment or tooling.
9. Train maintenance technician and other employee if required.
Requirements:
1. Major in Mechanical or Electromechanical integration, above college
2. Mechanical drawing and AUTOCAD skill is the must.
3. Basic knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrotechnics.
4. Skilled in MS office software including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.
5. Good leadership and team work is a must.
6. Capable of working independently, problem analysis and solving.
7. Capability of quick response.
8. Knowledge on ISO14001
9. At least 5 years working experience in automotive industry. Preferably in the foreign company.
