职位描述：
Working Location: 浦东临港
Normally Reports To: Supervisor

Responsibilities:
* Follow up releases/orders from sales office, and provide daily basis feedback
* Follow up the daily production status to verify the plans/schedules are carried out timely.
* Organize overseas shipments and prepare necessary documents, coordinate with carriers/forwarders to ensure shipment deliver on time
* Manage special packaging/labeling/shipping requirement from customers.
* maintain good communication with suppliers or customers overseas or domestic in shipping process
* Check and approve import shipping documents to guarantee receiving the standard and acceptable papers for clearance; pass correct documents and register with right receiving persons
* Support and follow up custom clearance process
* Create qualified export shipping documents and finalize them with consignee’s confirmation
* Send shipping alert and keep on the way track after delivery
* Handle claims for compensation with insurance company in case of cargo damage during transportation
* Maintain complete import and export or domestic shipping document filing system in a professional and logical way
* Develop competitive international transportation suppliers
* Provide accurate logistics cost perdition to sales
* Have the capacity and experience to deal with the emergencies in the work.


Requirements:
* Education in university degree of Trading or Logistics
* At least two year’s experience in shipping operation
* Ability to communicate, read and write in English; computer skill such as ERP system, office software; data Analysis ability 举报 分享
