Historic Futures (HF) is a team of recognised experts in supply-chain traceability which has designed and developed the first online traceability system known as String. Some of the world's largest brands and retailers are using String across their extended supply chains to give them visibility of their supply chains, allowing them to source more sustainable products and be more transparent with their customers. String is already being used by hundreds of companies around the world to trace textiles and also jewellery, leather, food and wood products.

Our team is based in the UK, Turkey, India, Bangladesh and Greater China and is organised to meet current demand for String Services in Europe, and Asia. In the last 12 months we have grown HF's business in China to be our biggest market. The HF China team will be expanding over the next year to manage the global rollout of String by global retailers and brands in Greater China.



The Customer Support Intern/Trainee will be supporting customer manager or specialist for the delivery of supply-chain traceability project .



He or she will base in Shantou City ,Start day can be negotiable.

Required Competencies
- Good communication skill

- Strong affinity for data and strong analytical skills.

- Excellent knowledge of office tools such as Excel, PPT etc.

- Strong Can do attitude and problem solving skilss

- Demonstrated integrity and ethics
- Good written and spoken English, Mandarin, Cantonese preferred
- Overseas studying experience preferred but not must
