职位描述：

1.负责物理层数字基带模型，包括各模块设计、实现与仿真,直至完成定点模型,指导RTL coding，负责物理层数字基带的FPGA验证。

2.根据产品要求负责物理层数字基带算法。

3.参与系统及验证，场测及产品性能优化。

4.如果具备RTL coding能力，可兼任管理数字设计团队。

任职要求：

1.掌握无线通信技术，精通数字信号处理的全过程，比如modulation/demodulation ,GFSK, BPSK, pi/4DQPSK, 8PSK, QAM; channel estimation; synchronization, timing recovery, equalization,有无线通信SOC芯片项目经历,有OFDM系统设计经验。

2.熟悉各种calibration算法,比如AGC, AFC,I/Q compensation

3.精通系统建模语言,比如matlab/simulink (or C),完成定点系统模型并指导RTL工程师实现,有RTL coding能力优先考虑,有DC/DFT flow经历优先考虑.

4.须具备FPGA debug 经验和芯片测试经验.

5.熟练使用各种RF测试仪器.

6.电子信息或计算机专业学士以上学位,3-5年工作经验

Responsibilities:

1. R&D on baseband sub-system with activities including module design, simulation and realization. Generate fixed-point model, guide RTL coding, in charge of FPGA verification of baseband sub-system.

2. Analysis, design and simulation of baseband algorithms based on product requirements

3. Participation in system verification, field test for optimization of product performance

4. May manage dig-IC design group if candidate has RTL coding capability.

Requirements:

1. Solid knowledge in communication science & technology, solid knowledge with digital signal processing such as modulation/demodulation related algorithms including GFSK, BPSK, pi/4DQPSK, 8PSK, QAM; channel estimation; synchronization, timing recovery, equalization, etc. In-depth experience in algorithm design and simulation for wired/wireless communication system is MUST. Solid knowledge & experience of system with OFDM is MUST.

2. Familiar with calibration algorithms, such as AGC, AFC,I/Q compensation

3. Proficient at matlab/simulink (or C), can deliver fixed-point models to RTL designer, and guide the RTL implementation. RTL coding capability is preferred. DC/DFT flow experience is preferred.

4. Debugging capability either in simulation environment or @ FPGA level & silicon level is MUST.

5. Familiar with Agilent instruments such as Spectrum Analyzer/Vector Signal Analyzer, Vector ,Signal Generator, Logic Analyzer, etc…

6. MS/PHD of EE/CSE or related field with 3-5 years working experience
