Plant Nurse

Corporate Division HR Health Management
Division, located in Shenyang/China
Employment – full time

Tasks

• To ensure the proper implementation of BMW Brilliance Automotive Health Services in accordance with legal requirements and best practice models

Key Responsibilities

• Implementation, review & reporting on all 5 international medical process standards: Basic medical processes, Occupational Health, Health promotion/prevention, Medical crisis management and Expat and Travel management


• Ensure legal compliance & quality management systems by having a zero tolerance level pertaining to SHE requirements in accordance with various statutes & internal standards/ work instructions, Ensure regular update of relevant work instructions, MPM & PI documents, Audit participation, ensure implementation of planned medical surveillance programmers as guided by Occupational Medicine Practitioner


• Implement Health Promotion/ Awareness Events that have a demonstrated impact on health of associates & has business impact


• Recording & reporting: Ensure regular reporting and recording of medical incidents to the relevant authority. Regular reporting & feedback on health status of associates to medical management team


• Ensure smooth running of daily clinic operations: medicine stock control- as per department procedure, ordering of medical equipment if required, ensure regular maintenance & repair of medical equipment, ordering of stationary, ensure proper handling of medical records, Ensure and maintain confidentiality of patient medical records in accordance with ethical code that governs health professionals, ensure clinic hygiene is maintained in accordance to relevant work instruction


• Provision of quality medical care to all BBA associates to ensure customer satisfaction


• Medical emergency response in accordance with ACLS guidelines & protocols, and relevant departmental working documents

Qualifications

• University degree with relevant medical qualification


• Knowledge of Occupational Health Regulations in China


• Knowledge of China labor law practices


• Knowledge of BMW Brilliance Automotive company policy & guidelines


• Proficiency with HR guidelines


• Skills with excel, power point presentations and report writing


• Competency of 5 Medical process standards- as above


• Competency with Occupational safety matters to support safety department


• Competency of BLS/ ACLS


• Proficient English, German would be an advantage


• Background in corporate environment,1-3 Years


• Experience with managing people,4-6 Years


• Several years’ experience in practicing as medical doctor,4-6 Years
