岗位职责：
Job description:

紧密协助操作人员，负责完成客户各种类型海运货物出口文件制作。
Be responsible for various Sea Freight export documentation, work closely with Operatiion clerk.

1、根据操作同事订舱信息，并且依据客户要求（SOP），录入Ligentia操作系统
According to Booking information from Operation clerk, apply to client's special requirement as well, input Ligentia system
2、确认实际船期（ATD）并且根据船公司要求，及时提供补料（SI)
Confirm the actual shipping schedule(ATD) and the cut off time line from carrier, provide the Shipping Information（SI)
3、和船公司/船代确认，及时获取正本/电放提单
Check Master Waybill(MBL) draft with carrier / Booking agent and get the original/Telex Release/Surrendered MBL within due date
4、制作货代提单并且收到货主确认开出正本提单
Prepare HBL draft and issue original one once confirmed by supplier
5、确保货物出运后文件归档
Ensure all the documents filling according to requirememnts

要求：
Requirements:

1、大专以上学历,考虑应届毕业生
Associate degree above，to consider the fresh graduates
2、对工作认真负责，有上进心
Good working attitude, be responsible, and willing to learn
3、具备与客户良好的沟通能力，有团队合作能力
Good communication skill with client, excellent team work spirit
4、1-2年国际性货运公司工作经验者优先考虑
1-2 years same industry working experience, the background of global forwarding will be preferable
5、工作语言为英语（书面和口头）
Both speaking and writing English should be our working language
6、广东话优先
Cantonese is perferable
