Job description :
1) Field returned sample electrical and function test, customer failure mode clarification ;
2) Support customer in field for application condition verification , manufacture/production processing verification ;
3) Customer complaint management , cooperate with sales/marketing people to prepare for preliminary/intermediate failure analysis report and reduce response cycle time
 
Job requirement
1) Bachelor degree in EE , solid knowledge in electronic circuitry and measurement ;
2) Experience of electronic hardware design/application , experience in MCU firmware was a plus , experience in analog circuitry and acoustic application was preferred ;
3) Understanding of manufacture processing and rules ;
4) Good interpersonal skill;
5) Able to work under extreme pressure ;
