职位描述：
Duties and responsibilities 工作职责:
1. Responsibility for daily incoming inspection, monitoring quality of incoming material according to BHS drawing& standards, record and keep maintenance of IQC visual management system.
根据BHS图纸及相关标准进行来料检验并在IQC数据库完成相关操作与记录。
2. Base on continuous correction and prevention, engaged in daily NCR&ROD process follow and closed loop management.
按不合格品流程操作并保证相关纠正、预防措施闭环跟踪；
3. Measurement tools& gauge daily maintenance.
维护日常检具；
4. Measurement and technical support to cross-function mechanism.
为相关职能部门提供质量技术支持；
5. Take part in continuous improvement of 6S& standardized activity in IQC area.
参与IQC现场的6S及标准化持续改善活动

 Requirements任职要求:
1.A strong sense of responsibility, prudence seriously，self-motivated, team player.
工作作风勤勉、负责、踏实，主动性强、富有团队精神；
2. Master the basic metrology skills of mechanical parts.
基本掌握常规零件检验的技能与方法。
3. Experience with machining products，parts，and work flow.
对机加工零件、工艺流程有一定接触与现场操作经验。
4. Familiar with measuring instruments, experience in machining and assembling is more preferred.
熟悉量具计量，有机械加工、装配工作经历者优先
