工作地点：深圳/广州
Description:
1． Lead, assign and supervise lab personnel’s jobs
2． Daily review and document shipped prototypes test report on basis of the product specification and ensure prototypes pass specification, report if not.
3． Test, document and support overall production and quality assurance needs, report if not
4． Optimize lab test capability per company business expansion needs, see optimized expense and maintain high quality level
5． Technical support and problem resolve capability at customer side
6． Continue to support and complete professional RD jobs
7． Run Lab up to CNAS-CL01 standard

EICC Duties:
With rights and duties to understand EICC, and with the rights and duties to feedback problems and provide suggestions.
Requirement:
Basic Qualification:
1. Honesty, optimistic, good interpersonal skills and be ready to help others
2. Education : Bachelor or above degree in electronics or telecommunication Engineering ; 
3. Over 3 years of cable assemble electrical test experiences and good at high speed RD and test validation;
4. English Level: Good at reading and writing, capable to communicate verbally on professional subjects
5. Skilled in applicable tools and technical skills; familiar with PCBA design and fabrication, Simulation skill will be preferred
6. Familiar with MSA.

Special Qualification:
1. Laboratory experience is a plus
2. Proven good at problem identification and problem solving , data collection and analysis capability;
