职位描述：
Skip Hop is a modern, growing lifestyle brand for infants and parents, with worldwide reach and offices in New York, Shenzhen and UK.

Responsibility:
1. Lead engineering team to provide technical support to other teams in China and USA, as well as the vendors
2. Focus on Project Management, Product Development & Technical Evaluation for Infant items and related Projects.
3. Liaise with US team, Merchandising Team, ODM & OEMs for project design review and provide “Technical Feasibility Study” & “Analysis” - Able to provide suggestions to US Customers when necessary.
4. Works with ODM & OEMs projects to ensure all product performance related testing, specified quality requirement to meet product development standard.
5. Help monitor the whole development and alert any potential delay/risk/issues.
6. Hold Pre Production Meeting with teams including QA, QC to go through Pre Production Sample & Pre Production Sample comment & ensure all parties are clear and with no problem or concern to execute production.
7. Monitor and onsite support on development & production for all Projects
8. Work with Quality team for OEMs follow up & provide CAP for quality issues/Customer complaints.

Requirements:
1. Minimum 10 years’ Experience in Infant/Baby Project Management, Product Development & Quality Evaluation Experience and at least 3 years at managerial position.
2. Required Solid Mechanical Background on plastic injection, hardgoods knowledge on ODM/OEM Projects.
3. Good in English, able to communicate with US team in daily email communication & conference call.
4. Preferable PC Skills – Solid work, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft office.
5. Familiar with electronic product will be a plus. 举报 分享
