职位描述：

Our client is an award winning international architectural and design firm with branch offices in China, focusing on large scale corporate office, education and healthcare projects across Asia Pacific Region. They are looking for a Project Manager for their team in Shanghai.

Job Description:

• Manage the client and project with the team in Shanghai and sometimes coordinate with their design counterpart in the US offices
• Strong with knowledge of local codes
• Dealing with fire bureau / approving agencies,
• Knowledge of suppliers and materials
• Dealing with contractors are all important aspects for this role
• Focus on day to day coordination of projects in all stages
• Execute timely transfer of information / comments / thoughts between design team and clients
• Tracking payment and invoicing; maintaining constant communication with LAO PM on financial health of the project
• Monitoring schedule and milestones
• Prepare, or make sure it's being prepared, agenda before the meetings and record afterward.
• Cross checking quality and quantities of the deliverables according to contract
• Be involved in proposal drafting, and assisting contract discussion and negotiation
• Maintain consistent dialogue with clients and other project consultants including contractors

Education/Experience/Skills:

• Bachelor degree in Architecture / Interior Design
• Fluent English and Chinese speaking and writing capability
• 8+ years working experience in the architecture & interior design field
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop/Illustrator, 3DMax, Rhino, etc.
