职位描述：
Requirement:
Responsible for managing PSL (Preferred Supplier List) and development of sourcing strategy, negotiation of contracts, execution of cost reduction projects and initiatives to significantly contribute to the annual productivity improvement goal of 3-5%.
?Demonstrated skills in cost reduction and bidding techniques to maximize value;
?Proven ability to negotiate with suppliers;
?Thorough knowledge of purchasing techniques including strategic supplier concepts;
?Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment;
?Knowledge of supplier contracts, product conformity, quality tool box, and problem solving methodologies;
?QAD knowledge.

Responsibilites:
?Develop PSL and interface with Engineering to ensure the implementation of PSL in new product design
?Define and execute commodity strategies in line with the business needs and product line requirements
?Conduct spend analysis to identify significant cost savings opportunities.
?Develop and implement corresponding sourcing plan to capture identified cost saving opportunities, measures and tracks results using Wave.
?Work closely with saving project owners and sourcing team at the factory to ensure sourcing processes and strategic sourcing initiatives are followed and implemented.
?Maintain savings project up to date and work with Finance to ensure accurate reporting.
?Manage strategic and key supplier relationship.
?Work with key customer Vivint for cost reduction.
?Engage in new supplier evaluation and selection, contract negotiations, and supplier performance evaluation. 举报 分享
