职位描述：

Job Title: Account Manager

Department: Aircraft Component Services-Customer Service-C&E

Report to: Team leader of Customer Service and Key Account management

Head of Fulfillment

【Responsibilities】

Customer Relationship and Information Maintain:

· Timely identify & discuss all contract items with customer and maintain in Lufthansa Technik(LHT) and/or Lufthansa Technik Shenzhen (LTS) system, ensure all the Phase in & Phase out and adjustment are timely &correctly set up; and this information is correctly and timely transfer to operational & Management level

· Can manage large customer accounts and build up strong relationships with customers

· Identification of new business potentials and customer demands as well as organizing in-company actions to assure implementation of identified improvements

· Autonomous & Timely manage all customer communication, meetings or conference calls, involving various LHT/LTS departments

· Prepare and host contract performance & review meetings with customers and top management

· Identify Customer potential complaint and Pro-actively resolve them, ensure & Enhance customer overall satisfaction.

· Strategic development and enhancement of customer relations

Commercial and Contractual Monitoring and Analysis/Contract Maintain:

· Responsible for customer on time payment.

· Assume financial and performance(Contractual & TAT) responsibility for assigned customer accounts

· Manage interfaces within LHT/LTS group relevant to fulfill the customer contracts (e.g. aircraft component engineering, supply chain management, finance, logistic)

· Perform Cost analysis and controlling &forecast, determine strategies to improve; responsible for revenues and profits of assigned customer contracts

· Overall Account and contractual fulfillment responsibility; Contract Amendments and negotiation in cooperation with Sales

· Proactively work to resolve discrepancies as they occur.

· Monthly monitoring of key contractual parameters and providing reports to the customer and management

· Identify and pursue sales opportunities for existing customers in cooperation with Marketing and Sales

Secure operational issues under smooth process:

· Work in and with various LHT/LTS systems, such as SAP, E-base, Manage-m, SAP-BI, BCM, SCM Report, Business Warehouse, VISear etc.

· Continuous optimization of the overall concept and processes to improve the efficiency of the assigned contract.

· Responsible for final escalation level for process related issues

· Perform support functions and deputized duties as assigned, such as Back-up;

· Work according to and support the Quality Management System

· Responsible for Key Users functions

· Team player & coordinator, be the mentor for the new colleague

· Involve or lead in the project work

All other duties as assigned or required

【Qualifications】

· Bachelor above, master desirable

· 2 years related working experience in MRO/Airlines/OEM/Supply Chain field

· Fluent in English; German/other languages desirable

· MRO Customer Service industry knowledge desirable

· System knowledge MS-Office (excel in particular), SAP,MAX CSR training or equivalent OJT desirable

· Willingness to travel
