职位描述：
Mission :
"1. This role is prime for someone who desires and performs well in a high profile role.
2. Lead and execute on strategies and driving strong results.
Responsibilities / Targets
"1. Responsible for Material Control, effectively leading initiatives to optimize material with special attention to inventory health.
2. Direct responsibility for the production planning providing leadership to drive continuous improvements in manufacturing.
3. Direct responsibility for the Supply chain Management, including shipping, inventory accuracy and freight/warehousing cost management. The individual will lead physical inventory annually but maintain a strategy to effectively improve inventory accuracy to a defined goal.
4. Coordinates customer launches and product introductions, including direct relations with Project Manager ,purchasing and RFQ on timing and assessment into production portfolio to ensure customer demands can be met timely and cost effectively within current structure.
5. Ensure optimal procurement of inbound raw materials, reduce costs and increase inventory turnover while meeting customer service goals. Coordinate information flow at production.
6. Ensure accuracy in SAP system.
Requirement :
"1. Bachelor’s Degree
2. At least 10 years of experience within a plant/manufacturing supply chain function
3. At least 5 year of supply chain leadership experience
4. Experience with lean manufacturing principles, concepts and strategies Experience and knowledge of powder coatings
5. Strong knowledge of Inventory management, Warehouse management,
6. Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong ability to work well and collaboratively with cross-functional teams in the organization
7. Excellent computer and analytical skills
8. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to promote and implement change
9.extensive knowledge in material planning, shortages management
10.extensive knowledge in production planning
11.extensive supplier negotiation experience, business terms, supply agreements
12.extensive experience with MRP/ERP
