职位描述：

Position: Talent Acquisition Executive

Location: Guangzhou

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for full cycle of recruitment and selection process: drafting job advertisement, job posting, direct sourcing, screening applications, arranging & conducting interview etc to satisfy the recruitment needs of AirAsia China;

Work closely with different stakeholders to understand the recruitment needs of different BU;

Develop, manage and evaluate diversified recruitment channels to ensure all sourcing channels are sufficiently utilized; Release the utilization of each channel quarterly;

Set up and develop network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management to support the hiring needs promptly;

Work with local & HQ management to get the approval of budget and conduct offer negotiation process;

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above with minimum of 4 years of experience with in-house corporate or recruitment firm;

Existing talent resource in Aviation, Hospitality, Retail and Tourism is highly preferred;

Capable to understand and analyze multiple hiring needs from different departments;

Strong sourcing skills with a track record of implementing effective strategies for sourcing passive candidates;

Strong communication and negotiation skills;

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese Mandarin;
