Job Description:
1-Assist the Franchisee manager to follow up the daily operation and relationship maintenance of the franchisee channel. Mainly focus on the regular operational issues between the distributors and the back office of the brand.
2-Lead the on-line sales and Corporate sales projects, including the promotion of the brands towards the target Corporate channel, Sales schedule planning and the negotiation.
3-Manage relationships with select franchisees and duty paid operators (3-4 partners), being totally responsible for sales, service, business development and overall cooperation. (Franchise Mgr will manage large partners; Supervisor will managed tier-2 partners, and assist in follow up for tier 1 partners).
4- This position has to coordinate not only with the back office but also with Marketing, Merchandising and Training(50% external market focused and 50% internally focused )(within FF)
Required Profile:
A sales person with at least 3 years relevant experiences.
A MBA diploma could be a plus.
Good English level on reading, writing and speaking.
