Main Objective:

• To assist enhance and protect the brand image through establishing media contact and publicity network on a daily basis and to ensure brand media exposure
• To support product activities in terms of publicity to fulfill marketing goals

Main Responsibility:

• Maintain Media relationship by daily communication and corporate

-Update media contact and products stock

-Daily media cooperate ( 27 top titles, 100 key titles inc printing and internet)

-Monitor key competitor activity

-Support global and local event

-in charge of monthly clipping report and analysis

• • Independently Coordinate Internal process

  -Cooperate internal process fulfill

  -Brand internal coordination and leverage the information and process

  
  
  • HQ information filing

  -Regular communicate with HQ, and filing HQ information ( product launch , press file , ETC)

  -Translate check and press release polishing

  • Daily products stock checking & press release filling.
  • Assist to enhance Guerlain awareness and image through PR event and routine editorial topics’ communication.
  • Assist to ensure PR execution in line with the PR objective and guideline
  • Collect competitive PR initiatives; Consistency of communication message within all the channels (Media, POS communicate & trade)
  Requirements:
• Fluent in Mandarin and English and in both written and oral communication
• Patient & positive
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Integrity and trust
• Drive for results
• Learning on the fly
• Priority setting
• French will be a plus
• Bachelor degree
• At least 2 years
• Experience in cosmetic/ luxury/ fashion brands
