Responsibilities:
1. Monitor the stability of system performance and coordinate with Porsche Germany counterparty to resolve system problems to ensure stable operation of vehicle ordering, importation, logistics and government declaration.
2. Lead routine master data maintenance, update system set up with new business requirements, such as new dealers, new models, new ports, new monitoring requirements from Porsche China management, Porsche Germany or government.
3. Consolidate government data declaration work process, KPI system and benchmarks. Ensure government, compliance and confidentiality requirements are fulfilled. Monitor performance of team staff.
4. Lead price checking and release procedure, coordinate with counterparty in Porsche China and Porsche Germany. Ensure system function readiness before new model ordering start and communicate to dealers on special cases.
5. In charge of system related projects and work with other departments to stream line the system and business process. Generate new process and system solutions according to business scale increase, process optimization and government requirement change.
6. Drive the local project implementation to fulfill the local requirement which cannot be implemented in Porsche Germany central system, from project initiation, project tendering, requirement analysis, system design, implementation, go live, etc.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Computer Science or Information Management is preferred
2. 3-5 years relevant working experience, experience in IT project management and strong analytical ability of business process is a plus
3. Proactive attitude, highly self-motivated, stress resistant and diligent
4. Familiar with MS Office
5. Fluent in both oral and written English
