Dior Travel Retail Intern 大三，研二优先。能立即到岗的优先~

Job Responsibilities:
? Provide efficient administrative and logistic assistance the travel retail team
? Monthly, weekly and daily schedule planning and management
? Business trip planning and co-ordination (flight booking/accommodation/transportation)
? Responsible for drafting announcement, business correspondence
? Responsible for expense claims and help team members to submit to accounting
? Responsible for team’s airport visit permit application & arrangement, including important visitors’ travel / accommodation plan/airport permit application
? Responsible for POSM inventory management and follow up and orders placement to local market warehouse.
Requirement:
? Working 3-5 days/week
? Accountable, and has the sense of details
? Good Macro Office skill, on Excel, Word and PPT
