Position Summary
Supplier Quality Engineer is to manage and ensure supplier quality and performance to meet inbound material quality requirements for CORE supply operation site.
Role & Responsibility:
?Secure Supplier Process Capability in electronical and mechanical commodity, using existing tools including SQAP, 6 Sigma, etc
?Lead and drive Supplier quality performance management and improvement
?Work with PDU and CE to verify new material
?Participate in new supplier audit and new part audit or process review
?Initiate and support in house quality plan set up and supplier quality issue handling
?Be material problem escalation point, drive RCA/CA from supplier
?Contribute to & participate in Global SQA teams, drive proactive supplier quality activities in Core product category scope
Qualifications:
?Be the University degree or equivalent in Electronics and /or Mechanics Engineering
?Good experience of coordinating team work and high flexibility.
?Good communication and listening/verbal/writing skills in both Chinese and English.
?Good understanding of supply chain process and quality
