职位描述：
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
? Office supplier management, including daily suppliers’ communication, cost monitoring and various expense reports preparation.
? Organize an effective supply/stock control system, such as stationary, daily commodity and other office supply to ensure the sufficient office supply in stock.
? Deal with incoming and outgoing phone calls, mails/fax/messages and receiving in/external visitors.
? Coordinate/maintain the entire office environment/layout in organized and safe manner.
? Support company visitors' hotel accommodation and transportation arrangement.
? Manage leave and attendance record and ensure the accurate monthly report to HR Manager and department Manager.
? Manage conference room bookings, refreshments for meetings and other special arrangements.
? Support Admin team to organize the team buildings.
? To complete other duties as assigned by the company
 
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
? 0- 1year working experience
? Basic English communication, well-organized and result-oriented
? Good team player
? Ability to multi-task with sense of priority
? Patient and pleasant attitude with experience working with foreign and local individuals
