职位描述：
工作经验 Working Experience

- AX system and Barcode Analyst to support business. 
- AX power user of sales and distribution, production planning and material management 

要求Requirement: 
- Good knowledge of AX system in sales and shipment, production planning module with at least 5-years experience 
- Experience in material management appreciated 

技术能力Technical skills :
- Few years of deep experience in the Information Systems environment 
- Strong experience analyzing technical specifications 
- Knowledge of software and update tools installation procedures 
- Quick learner of new Technologies

专业知识 Professional Skills
- AX experience 
- Supply chain related: demand management, production and material planning.
- LEAN concept

语言能力 Language Ability
Good language skill in terms of listening /speaking /written both in Chinese and English.

工作职责 
Job Responsibility
Highlight the main responsibilities:
System optimization:
- Lead and coordinate the right usage of AX and ensure full compliance with group standard.
- Ensure parameter setting is comply with group rules
- Monitoring AX system to avoid deviation
- Share best practice between sites
- Set up AX operation Manuel for know-how and experience sharing
- Set up site level AX system operation procedure 
- Ensure efficient deployment of standard business processes & applications Deploy standard tools ( AX and Barflow )
- Lead the project of implementation of Barflow connected to AX
- Ensure functional & technical coherence between Group standards and local implementation. 
- Have a detailed knowledge of all processes / functions in SCM area 
- Review current AX WI and process of and set up some new WI or process
- Collects business needs and best practices 

Master Data management and analysis:
- Supervise the data input in system by audit process
- Review all data regularly which caused by new product launch, new material launch, design change….
- Detect master data deviation and take action to correct them
- Initiate action to improve the system to eliminate manual job

Support End Users and Internal training: 
- Analyze and resolve issues in collaboration with key users
- Train and support users
- Management of Access Authorization of the barcode system 
- Monitoring the good working of the barcode system 

所需才能及标准 
Competence & Criteria Required

- AX system: more than 5 years
- SCM flow knowledge: 2-3 years experience in SCM( planning, procurement..)
- Excellent communication skill
- Good reporting skill by using Excel/Word/PPT
- Team player
- Efficient, highly motivated
- Good sense of escalation when needed
