职位描述：
1. Daily monitoring
- Keep smooth operations
- Communicate with network and customer for urgent and important issues
- Study SOP with OP together and follow up by random checking.
- Check data quality in Pegasus to ensure everything has been inputted timely and accurately.
- Set up good relationship with customer/carrier/vendors to ensure the smooth operations.

2. Problem solving
- Act as first contact window for OP / OP assistant in case they meet any operation problem.
- Allocate internal and external billing / outstanding.
- Directly involved in any urgent cases and lead operation for certain particular shpts

3. Staff training and motivation
- Give customized training to new staff in accordance with various traffic situation
- Keep watching of subordinate’s performance and give proper guidance.
- Organize operation meeting on regular basis and prepare the meeting minutes

Requirement
- Bachelor Degree or above
- Minimum of 3 years experience in similar positions at IFF Company.
- Mandarin and English language proficiency
- Computer literate
- Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with both internal and external parties 举报 分享
