Property Consultant
Responsibilities
1 Create and develop new office leasing business opportunities
2 Complete leasing and sales transactions efficiently and professionally
3 Respond to all enquiries in a professional manner, including submission of initial listings and providing market advice
4 Arrange and accompany clients on property inspections
Requirements
1 Degree or above in real estate, business or a related discipline
2 At least 2 years’ experience in marketing or property agency
3 MRICS is preferred
4 Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
5 Strong customer-service mindset; good negotiation and influencing skills
6 Self-motivated, aggressive, results-oriented and able to work under pressure
