As part of our continued growth, we are seeking for a sales manager to handle our key accounts in North China via managing distributor’s demand creation business & expansion, in many cases cooperation with Dialog’s Design Partner

The role
Working in our Sales team based in Shanghai, you will:
1. Account Management on Tier 1 customers (establish strong relationships with key persons at customers, focus to achieve pre-set goals, increase business share by exploring new opportunities)
2. Work with distributors to ensure project closure on demand creation business.
3. Follow pre-established direction and drive distributor to ensure their focus
4. Focus mainly on BTLE and APM products
5. Precisely and timely feedback on customer’s concerns of Dialog product to BUs
6. Manage customers/distributors forecast/backlog/inventory/buffering where it applies
Sitting on top of major opportunities/projects to drive both customer’s and BU’s resources to secure design wins

What we are looking for
1. Minimum 8 years component sales experience in China semiconductor field.
2. Account management experience over Audio, Power, BTLE, Smartphone/Tablet customers.
3. Understand China distributorship business model
4. Experience on cooperating with Design Houses
5. Strong customer facing skills
6. Confident when speaking in public (presentation towards big group, external or internal)
7. Sales manager experience (optional)
8. Project Management experience (optional)
9. Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering (or relevant discipline), MBA is a plus
10. Strong oral/written English
11. Strong communication/interpersonal skills
12. Able to work under pressure and independently
