职位描述：
Job Description:
- Lead and manage a sales team to develop South China Automotive (including EV & Charging pile) sales segment to ensure sustainable revenue growth.
- Set goals & objectives of the sales team, and measuring results.
- Define business development strategies in collaboration with marketing and division teams for key automotive applications, i.e. infotainment, EV, Charging, Body, power train, safety & etc. Deploy the strategy in the sales team, and refine it through regular internal & external meetings to monitor ongoing activities and performances.
- Develop relationship with senior executives of key customers and drive key programs.
- Lead critical customer meetings (e.g., negotiation of major deals including contract and price negotiation, solution of pre-sales & post-sales issues).
- Lead the communications with supporting teams on key programs or critical issues.
- Run individual sessions with sales staff, coach and motivate individual sales from good to superior performance.
- Manage and drive distributor partners to ensure excellent deployment of ST strategy in demand creation and fulfillment.
- Organize local customer events and support trade-shows to promote ST brand.
- Prepare yearly budget and report monthly plan/forecast regularly to management.


Job Requirement:
- Bachelor in EE or above
- Minimum 10 years above experience in sales or marketing as managerial role, minimum 3years experience in automotive.
- Good English in both writing & speaking.
- Good presentation & interpersonal skills.
