Goal:
Responsible for planning and implementing marketing and product development programs, for service in East Asia region
Responsibilities:
? Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for existing and new services to achieve company growth.
? Develop and deliver marketing and communications strategies
? Oversee implementation of Marketing plan - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, promotion, visual merchandising etc;
? Identify, recommend, and execute strategies and initiatives to raise Brand Awareness
? Contribute to the Global / BU Marketing strategy & business priorities strategy.
? Establish key relationships in the global functions and BU/SU Management, deliver marketing expertise and technical excellence where required
? Work closely with the company’s BU/SU business team, Marketing Segment and Service Area team, enable them to meet their objectives by providing them with appropriate support including relevant tools/materials;
? Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and industrial trends
? Lead and integrate marketing team, recruit and retain key talents with passion of developing a leading and high-performance team within the TIC industry
? Marketing budget preparation and management
Tasks:
? Lead and manage all marketing related activities online/offline to drive revenue, ROI and traffic KPI's, in innovative ways that grow the brand and business year over year.
? Work cross functionally, collaboratively, and coordinating multiple projects, deliver innovation by working closely with the corporate marketing departments and various global BU/SU marketing departments to develop and launch new services via both global branding, M & C plan local campaigns related to different BU/SU business needs.
? Follow up of the implementation of various Global Marketing campaigns within local market
? Manage existing channels including press relationship with further exploration and development on new channels necessary to deliver DEKRA’s branding and marketing strategy in the region
? Produce, manage, and develop systems and a suite of online and print marketing tools and materials where needed
? Contribute to the new business development effort where marketing and communication skills are called for
? Manage and work closely with marketing team in the region to ensure the high quality of M&C outputs from team on a daily basis
? Define roles and responsibilities within the marketing team and own hiring/relationship management for all marketing agencies
? Set out the overall high performing team culture for the marketing team
? Coach and mentor teams and provide career and professional development advice where appropriate
Requirements:
Education background
? Bachelor degree or above;
Working experience
? At least 10 years of working experience in marketing function in MNC;
Knowledge and Skills
? Have a sophisticated understanding and a proven track record of how to use brand, marketing and communication as tools to make new markets, create and sustain relevant social and in-person networks;
? Be knowledgeable of China’s media and social media landscape and development;
? Be fully fluent in Chinese and English and writes well;
? Have mature interpersonal skills;
? Be an articulate, accurate, and timely communicator;
? Have the ability to build and sustain momentum, and keep an eye on the big picture while managing the details;
? Have a passion for brand, marketing, communications and design;
? Have experience working in a creative environment and international working culture;
Competences
? Ability to develop good working relationships
? Ability to work in a dynamic and matrix environment;
? Ability to respond to frequent demands from multiple customers internally and externally
