职位描述：
Job Description：
1.Develop regional and country specific operations, marketing and sales strategies to promote CoCo’s brand and maximize sales revenues in United States and Canada markets.
2.Oversee all aspects of managing and running of CoCo’s stores and possess the abilities to analyze and act decisively in these issues, such as recruiting, maintaining QSC standards, marketing and operations initiatives.
3.Work with overseas leadership teams to plan, manage and execute on their store openings including obtaining necessary licenses, materials and equipment selections, testing, location selection and constructions. Ensure store opening dates are not delayed.
4.Built a solid repertoire of the competitive forces in our markets and have clear and executable strategies to respond.
5.Coordinate with relevant internal departments to provide solution and services to overseas partners, including marketing, human resources, logistics, R&D, and IT related issues.
6.Set annual budget of CoCo’s top management team and local partners and regularly review their performance.
7.Ensure CoCo’s top notch standards and policies are followed.

Job Qualifications:
1.Legal working status.
2.Excellent command of the English language.
3.Service minded and have the ability to build solid rapport with local partners.
4.Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
5.Ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
6.Strong presentation, written and oral communication skills.
7.Familiar with hiring/training for entry level staff in service industry.
8.Be willing to travel extensively to overseas CoCo locations.
9.Must be a team player.
