职位描述：
POSITION SUMMARY:
Sourcing Assistant is responsible supporting the sourcing manager and sourcing specialist to execute their objectives in all aspects of day to day production development works and execution of orders flawlessly.

He/she will assist all-round merchandising activities including but not limited project co-ordination and delivery, sampling, PD trip and line review preparation and factory visits coordination.

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product Development
?Support sourcing manager/ supervisor/ US PD team on product development
?Follow up the sampling, testing report checking and inspection scheduling with cross divisions.
?Support line review, PD trip and ad-hoc project.
?Assist in day-to-day communication – email, documentation and filing work

Vendor management
?Support Sourcing Manager/SS to build and develop vendor matrix and execute clearly.
?Support to coach vendor for better understanding TRU procedure.
?Timely communication with vendors on issues.

Market Intelligence
?Assist to collect up-to-date market trend information and competitors market activities.

System Management
?Maintain and update system data
?Generate all kinds of report periodically

SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education background: bachelor’s degree preferred,
- Type of experience: proven track record of product development and sourcing in baby apparel category
- Years of experience: preferably 3 years
- Well-versed in MS Office including Words, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint (Optional), Access (Optional)
- Good command of English & Chinese (Mandarin)
- Detail-minded,well organized and able to perform multi-task 举报 分享
