工作职责:
媒介关系拓展及维护
合作伙伴及代理商的开拓及维护。，
商务合同协商、管理及跟进。
协调媒介、代理商及内部销售、市场及运营团队之间的沟通及合作，并制定可行性伙伴发展策略
能力要求：
4年以上互联网广告产业媒介或代理商工作经验
良好的沟通能力及人际交流互动能力
了解代理商及媒介产业商业模式，具百度经验者尤佳。
英语六级
Business Development Manager
Responsibilities
Drive relationships and communications between partners and China Search
Manage and negotiate partner contracts
Work with Media,sales,marketing,and AM to develop partner strategy to maximize growth
Minimum Qualification
more than 4 years’ experience in a media rep/agency and/or marketing,strategy,and online advertising ( Please delete )
Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English
Experience working with media rep/resellers/agencies
Understanding of reseller and media business models
Experience in Baidu preferred
