职位描述：
Responsibilities

? Own the revenue line.
? In responsible of crazybaby e-commerce business, including Amazon US/EU, and crazybaby global store etc.
? Design and execute direct marketing tests, creating test matrices, determining segmentation and targeting strategies that align with the crazybaby brand image.
? Drive outbound email, affiliate and advertising strategies for customer acquisition, retention and upsell.
? Perform on-going forecasting, tracking, and results analysis – delivering ROI metrics to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications
? 3 - 7 years of related product E-Commerce experience with a track record of implementing effective programs.
? Expertise and a proven track record of successfully E-Commerce products and applications.
? Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field or MBA is a plus.
? Demonstrated leadership ability.
? Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
? Excellent communication skills.
