工作职责
？ Establish and maintain quality LAB
？ Establish product qualification and reliability test strategy
？ Take responsibility of company product qualification / reliability & certification test and report
？ Follow the test plan driven by technical/R&D team
？ Support Failure analysis by internal or external LAB and provide professional FA report
？ Develop and conduct yearly product/material monitoring program
？ Maintain Lab equipment/facilitate
？ Manage company equipment calibration
任职资格
Bachelor degree or above

Working Experience
3 years quality LAB management/test experience,

Professional Skills
Strong knowledge on reliability and component qualification
Experience of failure analysis and technical test report writing
Smart card industry standard- ISO/IEC, CQM,CUP etc

Language Ability
Fluent Chinese , Fluent oral & excellent written English
