工作职责
? 负责生产工艺的监控与提高,保证生产的稳定性，产品品质
Responsible for process monitoring and improvement to ensure the stability of production, and product quality
? 负责新工艺的开发验证及新工艺的推广. Responsible for new process development and qualification, as well as new process implementation.
? 负责设备安装的验收和认证提供技术支持。
Responsible for new machine installations and qualification, as well as machine buyoff.
? 与法国Corporate Process建立良好的沟通.
Set up a good communication channel with OCS Corporate Process department.
? 制订工艺操作流程指示，保证生产正常运作.
Work out process flow. and work instruction.
? 协调、组织相关人员及时解决生产中出现的工艺问题，避免同样的问题重复发生。
   Studying & solving process problems occurred in production by organizing relevant co-workers.
对相关人员提供各类操作、流程及新工艺的培训。
Responsible for new staff training on new process, materials & flow.
处理顾客投诉
Customer complaint analysis. Ability to use quality tools to do FA analysis, such as FMEA, Fish-bone and DOE.

与培训员合作制订培训教材
Work together with trainer to prepare training material and update it in time.

Should be able to identify PSA and JSA issue for all process.

Can lead and drive a team to do continuously improvement in line to improve efficiency and reduce cost

能正确的评估下属并制订出相应的培训计划
Appraise subordinates and work out their training plan against their gap needed to develop.

任职资格
教育背景 Education Background
本科学历，机械/机电/电子专业
Bachelor degree, major in mechanical/mechanical-electrical, or other related engineering .

工作经验 Working Experience
一年以上自动化设备生产工艺流程管理经验，ISO及生产管理经验；（有智能卡,半导体生产 & ESEC / Muehlbauer机器经验优先）
More than 1 year working experience in process engineering or relate engineering field . (Smart Cards, Semi-conductor & ESEC / Muehlbauer machine experience with priority)

专业知识 Professional Skills
有基本的制程管理经验，熟悉基本的流程分析方法（如FMEA，因果分析，QC tools，PDCA，SPC等）
Familiar with process control , process improvement and development .SPC techno mechanical and electronic control

语言能力 Language Ability
英文读写流利，熟练使用英文交流
Fluent oral & written English

其它 Others
良好的分析、解决问题的能力；较强的协调沟通组织能力，熟练使用常用的办公软件
