Job content includes urban design and planning projects as well as assist in architecture projects





职位要求：

1. 城市规划、城市设计、建筑学及其相关专业本科及以上学历

Master degree in urban planning, urban design, architecture or related professional degrees

2. 较强的方案构思及表现能力，能独立完成方案

Strong conceptual thinking and presentation skills

3. 较强的方案表现能力或手绘能力

Ability to graphically depict ideas or strong hand drawing skills

4. 对中国城市规划、建筑相关的规范、法规有一定掌握

Have grasp on Chinese planning, architecture and related design industry regulations and system

5. 能够有计划地独立完成自己的本职工作，有强烈的责任感和上进心

Ability to indepedently complete project work with strong sense of responsibility and motivation

6. 具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神

Good communication skills and team spirit

7. 良好中、英文口头和书面沟通技能，精通粤语者优先

Good Chinese and English verbal and written skills, Cantonese is preferred

8. 练操作CAD, InDesign, Rhino, Revit, Sketch Up, Photoshop, Illustrator, Powerpoint等绘图软件等

Knowledgeable on CAD, InDesign, Rhino, Revit, Sketch Up, Photoshop, Illustrator, Powerpoint

9. 具有境外学习、工作或外企工作经验者优先考虑

Have overseas study or work experience or experience in a foreign company is preferred

10. 对可持续/TOD议题有兴趣者优先考虑

Interest in sustainability and transit-oriented development preferred

11. 五至十年相关工作经验 Five to ten years of work experience
