职位描述：
Functional Outcomes:
1.RMA contact for JD/Amazon/Retailers/Flagship Store
2.Build China RMA Repairing Centre by using external services
3.Build internal RMA workflow for China market
4.Collect RMA report from China market to QE for quality improvement plan
5.Build Customer Service Centre by using external services

Qualifications and personal attributes:
Preferred:
1.Good communication skills in English and Chinese
2.Experience in sourcing, especially the parts relating to headphones
3.Experience in different materials cost analysis, such as plastics, metal and so on
4.Experience in team cooperation

Personal Attributes:
1.Always eager to learn in the work period
2.Ability to work within and co-ordinate with a multidisciplinary team.
3.Detail oriented in reviewing documentation.
4.Ability to balance time constraints with attention to detail.
5.Volunteer to maintain project and help team members

Reporting Relationships:
Direct reporting will be to Programme & Production Manager.
Objectives will be set in line with overall Company goals.
