职位描述：
该职位前3个月在深圳培训，后9个月派往无锡办公。与第三方签订劳动合同，合同期限为一年。

Direct Responsibilities:

1. Assure timely collection of monies due to corporation.
2. Monitor and report on deviations from credit standards.
3. Assure timely and accurate invoicing.
4. Manage cash application making sure all cash receipts are applied properly.
5. Assure that the companies standard template regarding invoice sample is in place for every customer.
6. Conduct credit checks on all customer, establish and manage limits.
7. Make recommendations to improve quality of invoicing and collection procedures.
8. Weekly reporting of invoicing totals/aging totals/cash receipts/invoice adjustments.
9. Bookkeeping of GL entries in ERP systems.
10. Maintain management book and local books.
11. Prepare B/S item schedules.

Key Qualifications:

1) Bachelor degree, majoring in Finance or related fields;
2) Good command of English.
3) Minimum 3 years of related finance experience with reputable multi-national enterprises;
4) Experience related to credit management with FMCG is preferred;
5) Good business sense, with strong analytical skills and ability of problem solving;
6) Good communication and customer service skills;
7) Strong accountability and sense of urgency, with team work spirit;
8) Proficiency in MS office, especially MS Excel and Word.
