职位描述：

Job Requirements:

• Administering, managing the overall operations, including Counter Operation, Credit Administration, Trade Finance.etc.
• Ensure compliance with prevailing regulations /guidelines.
• Staff Management,lead,engage,coach.
• Develop relationship with Regulators/Bankers/Customers.
• Ensure teams to meet timeline for various reporting with no error /mistake ( including ad-hoc , self-check reporting ).
• Review of internal work processes with a view to strengthen the control /management of the potential risk .

Candidate Profile:

• 10+ years banking experiences in operations, covering cash management, trade finance, credit administration etc.
• Proven record of satisfactory operation delivery, results orientation.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills as team plaer & team head.
• Experience in Banking Process Reengineering or Centralization is preferred.
• Good command of requirements of different regulators.
• Fluent in English, Mandarine & Cantonese
