职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、制定公司绩效考核流程与制度规范，设计与优化考评标准与方法；
2、针对年度经营管理的实际情况和需求，及时做好绩效考核标准的调整工作；
3、组织和指导各部门的绩效考核工作，协助其设计绩效考核体系与指标；
4、对各部门绩效考核过程进行监督控制；会使用胜任力模型等绩效方法
5、根据绩效考核结果实施对员工的奖惩工作，组织实施绩效评价面谈，协助其他部门做好员工的培养与激励等工作；
6、收集考核制度实施问题和效果，对绩效考核结果进行分析，编制总结报告并提出各部门绩效改进建议；
7、建立、管理员工绩效档案。
任职要求：
1.全日制本科及以上学历，人力资源等管理类专业；
2.熟悉绩效管理流程和评价方法，熟悉国家及深圳市劳动政策法规和基本财会知识
3.五年以上人力资源管理工作经验，其中三年以上绩效管理工作经验；
4.良好的书面和口头表达能力，善于沟通，具有较强的抗压能力和学习能力；
5.积极主动、责任心强、原则性强、良好的团队合作意识。 举报 分享
