职位描述：
岗位职责：

1. 协调公司业务工作的计划组织、指导协调、监督管理；
2. 协调国外代理，航空公司，拖车运输以及货代同行之间的关系；
3. 及时处理与解决操作过程中出现的各种问题；
4. 对公司的业务运作和成本进行分析，能提出纠正改善措施，适时安排各操作部门的工作安排；
5. 保持与客户沟通交流积极有效，建立并实施满足客户需求的业务流程，确保整体客服跟踪与服务水平的提升，致力于提高客户满意度；
6. 对公司各个部门提供相关支持，参与并指导培训、监督、协调、考核等管理工作，负责后备基层管理人员的选拔与培养，确保公司部门氛围和谐、稳定发展。
7. 完成上级交办的其它工作任务。

任职要求：

1. 熟悉CS, OP,DOC,WAREHOUSING几大模块的流程和操作,并且有过相关管理经验3年以上。
2. 在货代/物流/仓储等相关行业有5年或以上工作经验。
3. 英文听说读写能力较好。
4. 表达能力好，善于与人打交道。
5.有较强的物流思维能力和问题解决能力。
