职位描述：
Responsibility:
-Provide the technical support to internal/external customer according to relative priority, achieve design win and mass production, and shorten the time to market.
- Co-work closely to the marketing/sales/distributor/partners/customers to maximize market share in the given customer by extending design in/win in other projects in the same customers.
- This position mainly focuses on:
   Product Promotion for IGBT/IPM
   Product benchmark with competition
   Product training to internal sales and distributors PM/FAE/sales
   New Product definition
   Market survey and market trend analysis
Qualification:
- At least 8 years working experiences (5 years marketing experience)
- Excellent IGBT/IPM product knowledge
- Technical background (R&D or FAE) in industrial and motor control application
- Strong planning and program driving
- Flexibility working with multi culture base internal and external colleague/customer
- Strong self-motivated and can work under stress 举报 分享
