职位描述：
Job Description:
Periodically perform process audit for OEM plant, make sure the actual process control is compliant with the specific Control Plan.
Lead & organize the OQC team to conduct OQC inspection, and weekly review the quality performance based on the OQC inspection data. Then, push the OEM plant to improve the quality continually.
Assist program manager to check the APQP files, e.g. PFC, PFMEA, and Control Plan etc…
Assist the OEM plant to perform self-audit refer to the Quality System (TS/16949) & Environment System (ISO 14001) before the customer audit so as to make sure the OEM plant can pass the customer audit smoothly.
Customer complaint handling, e.g. respond to customer with 8D-CAR….

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree, Chemical background would be a plus.
5 above years work experience in quality management. Plastic plating industrial or automotive industrial experience is preferred
Be familiar with TS/16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001.
Be proficient in QC Seven Tools, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA.
Good communication skills both in Chinese and English. Include: Reading, writing, listening & speaking.
Self-Motivated, and able to work independently
