Plating Engineer (Plating Expert) 电镀工艺师 (电镀专家)
Job Description:
1. Plating technology process setting up and feasibility review at NPI.
2. Rack space design and make over.
3. Track and manage plating operation on-site and interface with various departments/engineering groups in cross-functionally resolving product-related issues from technical side.
4. Process optimization, parameters/equipment corrective actions design and instruction.
5, A member of R&D team, developing new finishes or colors or process based on OEM requirements
6. Participating in the value engineering/analysis to improve products quality on plating.
7. Participating in APQP, Launch, PSO.
8. Coach subordinates to improve their operations/knowledge competence.
Requirement:
1. Chemical or electroplating bachelor degree or above
2. 5+ years plastic electrical plating process experience in manufacturing industry, good analysis and problem resolving ability.
3, Background of automotive industry with knowledge of main OEM specifications/requirements on POP.
4. Excellent communication skill and leadership.
5. Responsible, independent, goal-oriented, able to work under pressure and good team player
6. Knowledge of TS16949 and QC seven tools to solve quality issues.
7. Good computer skill at MS-office, CAD
8. Good English reading/writing is preferred.
