职位描述：
1. 必须有良好的英语能力，工作需要向德国工程部汇报。
2. 必须有试模调机经验，必要时能自己操作注塑机。
3. 对塑胶材料有充分认识，能知道常用材料的注塑方法。
4. 对产品缺陷有经验，能判断出各种缺陷和解决方法。
5. 对注塑稳定性有认识，知道如何控制参数，模具，机台，以保证稳定生产。
6. 对注塑工厂有了解，能指导供应商进行生产改善。
7. 了解DOE注塑，科学注塑，精益化生产或最优参数生产者优先考虑。
8. 有客户审核经验者优先考虑。
9. 有汽车零配件行业注塑经验，懂TS16949或VDA6.3，了解PPAP者优先考虑。
10. 能接受经常出差。这个职位主要是跟进供应商的试模，注塑生产，以及必要时支持公司注塑工厂的工作。
