Key responsibilities
- Responsible for all aspects of daily production, supervise production team to fulfill the project assembly plan and requirements.
负责公司生产方面工作，管理生产团队完成项目安装计划和要求

- Optimized production capacity and ensure the quality standard, on time delivery and cost target.
优化生产能力并确保达到质量标准，及时交货和成本方面的目标。

- Enforce compliance of production safety by observing unsafe work practices or machine hazards and providing training to workers.
执行安全生产准则，防止不规范操作和设备隐患，给员工提供安全生产培训。

- Keep and improve workshop 5S.
维护和改善生产车间整洁，达到5S要求。

- People management for technical workers including attendance, performance appraisal / goal setting, technical coaching, on-job training and trouble shooting etc. in order to motivate the production team work morale and develop potential workers.
管理技术工人包括工时安排、绩效考核、技术指导等以激励一个有士气的生产团队，发展有潜力的技术工人。
- Anticipate production problems and work with related departments to prevent delays, material shortages, tooling problems and equipment malfunctions.
预见性的发觉生产中的问题，与各相关部门一起沟通协作以预防延期，生产物料短缺，工具以及设备问题等。
Qualifications:
- College degree, major in mechanical or electrical engineering.
大专以上学历，机械或电气工程专业。

- 5-6 years of workshop production management job experience in European machinery manufacturing company.
5-6年欧美设备制造业公司生产车间管理工作经验。

- Be familiar with project mode production scheduling, production capacity control and workshop daily operation.
熟悉项目型机械设备生产计划，生产能力控制以及车间日常运作管理。

- Proved abilities in direct labor / workers leading and supervision with a broad range of experience.
优秀的一线员工领导和管理方面的能力。

- Good technical and commercial English; able to communicate with foreign managers.
良好的英语沟通能力，能和外籍经理进行工作范围内的交流

-Good knowledge for welding process

-有焊接流程及焊接知识背景

-Lean manufacturing implementation experience and knowledge

-掌握精益生产的知识并有实际经验
