Essential Function 1: Overall management of functional activities
1 Work as a team to response customer calls in a professional way
2 Lead the customer team on daily customer order handling, oversee order process in a timely and accurate manner
3 Follow up daily open orders closely to ensure delivery on-time in full and AR cleared by due
4 Be the key customer contact for designated customers, response enquiries and update required information
5 Support customer special requirements, work with relevant parties to fulfill the requirements in a proper way
Essential Function 2: Deliver Optimized and Efficient business result
1 Support business to drive business KPI, e.g., Sales Target, NWC, etc.
2 Initiate customer complaints in QNS system in a timely manner, and follow up to ensure timely closing
3 Support business to build up and maintain the good customer relationship
4 Assist to oversee team daily operation, raise issues and improvement ideas, take lead on initiatives/projects
Essential Function 3: People Management
1 Coach and guide the customer service specialist for daily order process in a proper way
2 Support the customer service specialist in daily issues
3 Set up individual performance KPI , monitor and drive the KPI improvement
4 Continue to drive the process improvement, enhance the team capability and working efficiency
