职位描述：
We are looking for an International CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE who performs a wide variety of Customer Service responsibilities which had traditionally been performed by Boyd U.S. CSRs. This position also provides proactive communication to Boyd customers to increase Boyd's overall level of customer service and minimize the number of inquiries made in the U.S..

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

- Order entry and Order processing

- P.O. confirmation back to customer

- Rescheduling (pull-ins / push-outs) in Boyd system and confirm back to customer

- ECNs (Engineering Change Notification) initialization in Boyd system

- CNCR (Customer Non-conformance Report) – initialize the CNCR procedure upon customer complaint

- Enter RFQs on Boyd web quote system

- Shipment Tracking

a. Send for each shipment directly to the customer

b. Tracking information should include the Invoice, Packing Slip.

- Enter NRSUs for non-time sensitive requests

a. Update W.O. with NRSU step

b. Prepare and e-mail tooling information to appropriate person (Doug Dun)

- New customer setup for non-time sensitive requests

- Sample orders for non-time sensitive requests

a. All end-of-day orders in the U.S. if operations won’t process that same day.

- Assist Boyd US buyer to manage PO’s.

a. update ETA/ETD in system when get vendor confirmation to PO’s.

b. check daily shipments from vendors.

c. follow up unconfirmed PO’s with vendors.

- Assist Boyd US scheduler to manage work orders.

a. print router & drawings for WO’s.

b. close initial work centers for WO’s.

Requirement:

-University degree

-Must be able to communicate fluently in both written and oral English

-Proficient use of MS office software and other computer applications.

-Detail oriented, care, and good working attitude is required.

在R4/ERP系统中录单和处理订单

帮美国销售报价，跟单

根据库存状况和不同客户需求确定交期，跟踪发货情况

在ERP后台处理订单数据，run报表，分析数据等

要求：长期夜班，英语六级，具备较好书写能力和沟通能力，细心，沉得下心来做事，电脑操作熟练, 举报 分享
