职位描述：
Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty as well as securing and expanding revenue and marginal income with the assigned key accounts and potential key accounts. The KAM is responsible for the conception of feasible strategies and measures in order to expand revenue and marginal income in collaboration with all the departments concerned.

1. Methodically improve the quality of handling key accounts, while securing and expanding revenue and marginal income with the assigned key accounts

2. Exploit further revenue and earnings potential with assigned key accounts

3. Be the first person of contact for the key account
Constant, at times daily contact with technical and commercial decision makers at the customer
Deepen and step up customer relations
Provide outstanding and convincing care for the customer

4. End market oriented market cultivation of the key accounts (Automotive, Packaging/PET, Electro/Electronics, Medical)
Expansion of developing markets.

5. Own performance is ?custom made “and handling of technically advanced inquiries is of high quality.
Implementation of a consistent ?language “in terms of conditions and framework agreements.
Create, plan and achieve customer-oriented goals.

6. Fast, worldwide preparation and processing of information towards the Account Reporting for our key accounts ？ gaining further competitive advantages

7. Presentation of customer relation history to sales management or status report per key account respectively.

Requirements:

1. 3 years + IMM related sales experience
2. 5 years+ experiences in automotive industry
3. Good communication and project management experiences
