职位描述：
Detailed Responsibilities:
1. Develop project business in Cement Plant industry; maintain & develop project clients in China eastern \ northern\southern.
2. To organize, manage & optimize the operation & implementation of overseas projects
3. To deal with the customers' requirements immediately
4. To support the Project Director/Overseas colleague in day to day operations
5. Liaise with Carrier/Supplier contacts for updates and ensure customer requirements are met
6. To monitor, manage project timeline and report project progress.
7. Be able to address the concerns involving cost, quality, logistics and delivery.
8. Support the Regional team on the implementation and localization of key regional initiatives and programs
9. Support preparation of marketing/sales/bidding documents
10. Other tasks assigned by manager

Qualifications&Requirements
1. Knowledge & Skills: Working knowledge of International transportation, especially for project;
2. Education & Training: Bachelor degree;
3. Experience: Min 5 years experience;
4. Personal Characteristics: Strong team Spirit, can be solved problems independently under pressure;
