QC Manager

European Brand with Shenzhen base in Longhua Meilongyuan.

We do not re-label, re-brand or white label products. We design and develop products in our headquarters mostly from scratch and find factories that can do the products for us. We are specialized in cables such as MFI, Micro USB, USB 3.1 and more. We are expanding to a bigger niche including power supply in general.
We are looking to fuel our purchasing department with a highly skilled and experienced QC manager that have extensive experience in merchandising and extensive understanding working with products mentioned.

YOUR BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
-Your spoken / written English is excellent(or not)
-You have a couple of years’ experience working with electronics such as MFI cables, Micro USB cables, Power Banks and similar consumer electronic products.
-You have a great understanding and personal interest in electronics and most recent developments in the field. Right now, we have a huge focus on USB 3.1 cables and new power supply such as Qualcomm and
-Experience working with factories for OEM, ODM, tooling etc.
-Contact base for relevant factories or excellent researching capabilities, market knowledge

YOUR OBJECTIVES
-Feasibility research - Setting up goals and requirements for products we are going to manufacture together with our oversea office
- Clear SOP formulation for each product we make and carefully follow-up on each detail
-Research factories that can meet our very high demands for quality and craftsmanship, high expectations on your capacity to research relevant factories
-Work with oversea department on continual basis to discuss product development, this requires that you understand the products very well
-You are in charge together with employees in office to set up QC lines for each of our products both in factory and in our warehouse

岗位职责：
1，QC manager， 管理产品质量，保证供应链产品质量稳定，解决技术难题，定期完成量化的工作要求，独立处理和解决所负责的任务
2，按照公司对产品质量和工厂生产操作要求，严格监管供应产品链，严把产品质量关
3，协助配合其他部门同事，共同合作，完成定期工作目标，工作计划
4，完成公司其他事务性工作

任职资格：
1，中专及以上学历，工科类专业
2，3年以上品管经验
3，有工厂品管经理经验，了解消费类电子，熟悉线材规格规范，有类似产品品管经验者优先
4，深入了解品质监管的重要性，以及国际品质监管要求和规范
