Our client, a US-based fabless semiconductor company, pioneers in Analog Systems-on-Chip (ASoC) technology for high-fidelity consumer electronics applications.
- Currently our client is seeking a Hardware Application Engineer to be responsible for customer support efforts in Greater China and ensure successful, on-time launch of products. The products will headphone audio accessories.
Work Experience:
- 5-10 years of experience in development and / or customer support of audio hardware for consumer electronics application
- Demonstrated experience working with external customers
- Ability to debug software / firmware on hardware platforms including basic oscilloscope usage
- Project management experience
- Position involves working primarily at customer sites in Greater China, and will include travel to the U.S.
Education Qualification:
- Master or Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, or Equivalent
Other Desired Qualities:
- Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English
- Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Frequent travel required, primarily in Greater China, but may include U.S.
